  1. Q: Who are Interairport Cars
    A: We are a Taxi company based in Central Southern England that specialise in taking people to and from All major UK airports.
  2. Q: Which airports do you cover?
    A: We transport passengers to and from Airports in the South East of England including: Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, London City, Southampton, Bournemouth & Bristol.
  3. What type of service do you provide?
    A: We provide passengers with a licensed vehicle and driver to take them to a requested airport or destination of their choice. Detailed Terms and conditions of our service can be found here.
  4. Q: What area do you cover?
    A: We are based on the Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire border. We can collect people from across the South and South East of England and take to any destination in the UK. We also collect passengers from all of the airports listed above and take to any destination in the UK.
  5. Q: What type of vehicles do you have?
    A: We have a range of vehicles to cover all of your transport needs, including saloon and estate cars and people carriers for up to eight passengers.
  6. Q: I want to book online, but how will I know my booking has been confirmed?
    A: We always send confirmation of your booking request by e-mail within twenty four hours. Confirmation will include: date and time of travel, pick up address and destination, number of passengers and whether you are travelling one way or return. We also confirm any special requests like luggage requirements or whether you need baby seats for your children. We will contact you direct for your card details if you have chosen to pay by card, once we have received your booking request. If you are travelling abroad we can confirm your booking by SMS if required. Just request us to do this in the special requirements section of the booking form.
    We always ensure you are confident your booking has been confirmed and the details are correct and as you requested.
  7. Q: How can I pay for my journey?
    A: We accept cash, & all major credit cards as payment. Please note: There is an administration charge of 3.50 if paying by credit card.
  8. Q: What if my flight is delayed?
    A: Interairport Cars monitors flight times from our central office. We keep a track on the progress of your flight and do not despatch the driver until necessary to do so. Under normal circumstances you will not be charged extra if your flight is delayed.
  9. Q: Where will my driver be waiting for me at the airport?
    A: Our drivers always meet passengers in the airport terminal, unless requested otherwise. We enter the terminal as soon as your plane has landed to ensure we are there to meet you and never keep you waiting. We always wait at the airport information desk with a greeting board displaying your name. Instructions of how to find airport information at Heathrow and Gatwick can be found here.
  10. Q: What if the terminal is busy and I cannot see my driver?
    A: Call our Central office on 01252 888 850 quoting your name and our staff will assist you in locating your driver. If you are calling outside office hours you can call our dedicated 24 hour passenger assistance number 07738 001002.
  11. Q: I need baby seats for my children when I travel. What provision do you make for this?
    A: Interairport Cars can provide you with a child seat or booster for your child but cannot guarantee absolute suitability with regards to the actual fitment of the seat for your child. We do however provide a "store and return" service for your child's individual seat. This allows your child to travel in their own personal seat on the outward journey to the airport and we return the seat for the return journey.
